The Mentor MP DC drive is designed based on Control Techniques' AC drive technology. Through this design, it adapts features such as a smart card for parameter storage and PLC program. It also has three option module slots for I/O, automation control, communications, and feedback devices.

The Mentor MP comes with intuitive software that can control the drive with ease.
